A: Our Group has five companies and factories. There are totally 350 workers, 30 senior engineers, 40 inspectors and 10 project specialist to offer our bespoke industrial proposal.

① Q: Can the customer know your production procedure ?

② Q: What is the major manufacturing facility and equipment?
A: We have over 30 sets of CNC, 50 sets of vertical and horizontal lathes, 5 sets of welding machine, 30 tons of crane capacity, etc.
③ Q: Do you have a Quality Manual?
A: We have set up quality manual according to ISO9001:2007. All manufacturing activities are carried out strictly as per our QM.
④ Q : Is an approved subcontractor list established and maintained?
A: Yes, we has undergone a valid approved subcontractor assessment to ensure the subcontractor conforms to the requirement.
⑤ Q: Can raw materials be traced back to test report of original manufacturer?
A: Yes , we assure the full traceability of material in our factories.
⑥ Q: Is the inspection equipment calibrated based on defined interval?
A: Yes, all related equipment is calibrated according to the industry and national standard by the official authority.
⑦ Q: Are nonconforming materials or products identified and controlled?
A: Yes, we maintain the zero tolerance for nonconforming process or products. Our manufacturing process doesn’t allow any single products to proceed further. If found by our inspectors, they will be rejected.

A: Yes, all traceable quality documents as per legitimate ITP are available for customer review.

A: We offer the common period of 12 months after shipment.
