Introduction

Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant full-lined ceramic ball valves, all of which are in contact with the medium are made of structural ceramics with extremely strong corrosion resistance. They have corrosion resistance unmatched by metal valves. They are an ideal replacement for titanium valves and Monel valves in strong corrosion situations. At the same time, the product has strong resistance to wear and erosion, and its service life is 2 to 4 times that of titanium valves. It is particularly suitable for the occasions of strong corrosive media such as desulfurization systems in power plants, slurry transportation in chemical fertilizer plants, and coking and papermaking.

Features

1. For conventional ceramic ball valves, the sealing surface of the seat ring is a tapered surface, and there is a line contact seal with the ball, which is prone to leakage during use. For our ceramic ball valves, the arc surface contact is used between the seat ring and the ball with reliable sealing. To achieve zero leakage, the ball and valve seat have a good shear self-cleaning function, and no solid particles will stick to the valve sealing pair and cause seal failure.

2. The conventional ceramic ball valve stem is sealed with a simple packing, and the valve stem is easy to leak during use. For ceramic ball valves produced by our company, two sets of sealing devices are used at the valve stem to completely solve the problem of simple packing. Leaks.

3. The conventional full-lined ceramic ball valve uses only four sets of ceramic parts, and the tail end of the seat ring directly extends to the end face of the flange. In this way, when the valve is connected to the pipeline, the end sealing gasket will squeeze the seat ring, which cause lock of seat ring and ball; the full-lined ceramic ball valve uses six-piece ceramic parts to avoid the lock caused by the gasket pressing the seat ring when the valve is connected to the pipeline.
