Assembly Procedure for Degreased Globe Valve
I.Cleaning
The parts of the oxygen globe valve must be processed before being assembled:
1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and the surface must not have processing burrs.
2. All parts are degreased;
3. After degreasing is completed, pickling and passivation is necessary, of which the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus,
4. Rinse with pure water after pickling and passivation and ensure no medicament residues.For carbon steel parts, this can be omitted
5. Wipe dry one by one with a non-woven fabric cloth, and blow dry with clean nitrogen;
6. Wipe each component by non-woven cloth or precision filter paper with pure alcohol until there is no dirty color.
II.Assembly
Cleaned parts must be kept sealed for installation. The requirements for the installation process are as follows:
1. The installation workshop must be clean, or a temporary clean area should be set up, such as using a newly purchased color strip or plastic film, to prevent dust from entering during the installation process.
2.The assembly worker must be wearing clean cotton work suit,
3. Assembly tools must be degreased and cleaned before assembly to ensure cleanliness
III.other requirements
1. The assembled valve shall be purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute.
2. The air seat test must use pure nitrogen.
3. After the air seat test is qualified, it shoud be sealed with a clean polyethylene cap. The polyethylene cap should be soaked in organic solvents and wiped clean before use.
4.Then seal with vacuum bag.
5.Finally packing.
6.Take measures to ensure that the package is not damaged during transportation.
IV. Acceptance requirements
Inspection and Acceptance is in accordance with HG 20202-2000 " Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Degreasing Work" Before assembly, each part is wiped with clean precision filter paper. The dead corner of the component is selected.
