PZ673 Pneumatic Wafer Type Knife Gate Valve is a relatively complex automatic control instrument, which is composed of a variety of pneumatic components and valve body. They are mostly used in applications that require fast cut-off or opening.

Pneumatic components

Pneumatic components include a pneumatic actuator and other pneumatic accessories.

1.   Pneumatic actuator

Double action: two-position control for valve opening and closing;

Single-acting spring return: When the circuit and air circuit are cut off or malfunction, the valve opens or closes automatically.

2. Single or double control solenoid valve (24V, 220V and other voltages are available for selection, if necessary, explosion-proof solenoid valve can be selected).

3. Limit switch.

4. FRL (including pressure reducing valve , filter, lubricator).

5. Electro-pneumatic valve positioner (for adjusting type).

Application
