1.  Introduction and benefits

  The upper bonnet adopts a corrugated seal structure, which can completely eliminate the possibility of process media leaking outward from the valve stem movement gap. This is one of the prominent features of the bellows sealed regulating valve. The bellow itself is deformable and outstandingly resistant to aging. This electric single-seat regulating valve completely overcomes the weaknesses of aging and temperature difference sensitivity of packing seal valves. Secondly, the double sealed structure of bellows and packing is adopted for better safety and reliability. Therefore, it is widely used in automatic control systems for rare special media such as highly toxic, highly corrosive and radioactive. The electric regulating valve is equipped with a multi-spring type diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and a large output force.

(1)Leakage:

Metal seat: acc.to the standard ANSI B16.104 IV with less than 0.01% of the rated Cv

 Soft seat: in accordance with standard ANSI B16.104 Ⅵ level, less than 10-7 of rated Cv

(2) Quick opening spool: less than 10-7 of rated Cv

(3) Return difference: 3% (with positioning device); 5% (without positioning device)

(4) Linearity: ± 3% (with positioning device); ± 11% (without positioning device)

(5) Packing: Standard V-type PTFE packing.
