I . Product introduction:
Coal-pulverized coal unloading ash ball valves are commonly used in oil, natural gas, coal and ore mining, refining processing and pipeline transportation systems to intercept or connect media. The special ball valve and ash discharge valve for coal injection are especially suitable for blast furnace pulverized coal injection, dusty and solid powder pipeline system, air pipeline and spray gun pipeline.
II . working principle:
The pulverized coal powder ash unloading ball valve is a low-pressure valve made of cast steel, with a wear-resistant sealing ring as the sealing surface. The structure of the unloading ball valve and the fixed ball valve are basically the same. They are fixed by the upper and lower shafts at the center point. Under the pressure of the medium, no displacement will occur. The sealing material is PPL , which is not only resistant to high temperature, but also has good wear resistance. There is a spring at the bottom of the seal ring, so its preload performance is very reliable, and its automatic compensation function is also very good. When the valve opening and closing times reaches a certain level, its sealing surface will wear out. At this time, the spring at the bottom of the sealing ring will automatically compensate for the worn gap. This is the automatic compensation function.
III . Features:
1. The valve seat of the coal powder special ball valve is equipped with an automatic wear compensation device to more reliably ensure the sealing performance of the ball valve.
2. The sealing ring of the special ball valve for pulverized coal dust removal is made of special materials, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
3. The valve stem adopts integral forging and modulation treatment, and the hardness reaches HB220 ~ 250. The valve stem adopts anti-blowing structure design. The valve stem can be lengthened for burial sites according to needs.
4. According to customer needs, the unloading ball valve can be designed as an anti-static structure. Conductive springs are provided between the ball and the stem, and between the stem and the body to avoid static ignition and ignition of flammable substances to ensure system safety.
5. There are various forms of sealing pairs. According to different working conditions, soft seal structure, hard seal structure, fire valve seat structure and other structural designs can be used.
6. A grease injection auxiliary sealing structure can be set up as needed, and a grease injection valve is added to the valve seat and the stem part, which can be temporarily sealed in an emergency.
7. The ash unloading ball valve also has the characteristics of compact valve structure, flexible opening and closing, and convenient installation and maintenance.
