Description :

Slab gate valve is designed for through conduit services with piggable feature whose operation mechanism is realized by the media pressure of floating disc or seat to control the disc pressing force against the seat. This valve is used in refined oil transmission line and storage equipment of oil & gas inlet system. It can be divided into categories of diversion hole and non-diversion hole

 

Features

1. Design standard acc. to API 600/API 6D/API6A

2. When fully open, the valve’s channel is smooth and linear, with an extremely small flow resisting coefficient and no pressure loss.

3. It can be used in The pipeline can be cleaned with hair-ball through it.

4. Floating seat structure with pre-tightening force and O-ring type enable the gate valve to be bi-directional. The seat also has good resiliency and perfect contact and sealing with disc. Self-cleaning function provides anti-washout feature from air during the operation.

5. Valve torque is half of common valves so that the valve can be opened and closed easily.

6. Automatic internal cavity high pressure relief so as to ensure safety.

7. Fully sealed structure provides a good protection from the severe weather condition. 

8. Metal seated slab gate valve has grease injection structure to let the grease injected into seat and provide bubble tightness.

9. PTFE seated slab gate valve provides two sets of PTFE and metal seat . Meanwhile PTFE seat will remove the foreign matter on the disc.

10. Packing is designed as pressure seal type with reliability and efficiency. Sealant grease is allowed to help leakage proof through injection structure of packing box.
