Introduction

Our single acting rack and pinion type pneumatic actuator has compact design, light weight and long service life according to the latest standard with optimized technology and material.

This product is used for quarter turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves and plug valves.

 

 

Feature:

1. Spring return in emergent air failure case

2. Symmetric rack and pinion design allows the fast action and high precision.

3. Formed superior aluminum body with surface anodic oxidation creates corrosion assistance and low friction.

4. Integrated configuration provides the same body and caps for single acting actuator and double acting actuator. Acting type can be exchangeable when the spring are chosen or not.

5. Combined and preloaded spring units can ensure the safety during the installation and site maintenance

6. Two internal bolts can help adjust the precise open and close position.

7. Multi functional position indicator can give local position indication and conform to VDI/VDE 3845 and NAMUR specification.

8. Air supply connection conforms to NAMUR standard to be mounted with NAMUR solenoid valves

9. ISO mounting is according to ISO5211 and DIN3337 (F03-F25)
